The owners are Fabio Granato and Vittorio Assaf (Serafina, Geisha and Lollipop).
Chef is Florian Hugo, who worked for 8 years in various Ducasse restaurants around the world, manager Robert Manfe.
Brasserie Cognac has been designed by Julius Balalonia, a former associate of David Rockwell and has been opened with the help of executive consultant Rita Jammet. |
